Egg & Bacon Cups

Makes: 6 cups Prep Time: 5 Mins Cook Time: 15-20 Minutes


I N G R E D I E N T S


  • 6 rashers of bacon

  • 6 eggs

  • ½ cup grated cheese

  • chopped chives (for garnish)


D I R E C T I O N S


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a 6-hole muffin tin.

  2. Press a rasher of bacon into the base and sides of each muffin hole to form a cup.

  3. Bake for 10 minutes, or until bacon is lightly golden.

  4. Remove from oven and carefully crack an egg into each bacon cup.

  5. Return to oven and bake for 5 minutes, or until eggs are cooked to your liking.

  6. Sprinkle each with grated cheese and bake for 1–2 minutes, until melted.

  7. Remove from the tin and garnish with fresh chives before serving.



N o t e :


Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

To reheat, simply pop in the air fryer or microwave for 30–45 seconds until warmed through.

Perfect for busy mornings, meal prep breakfasts, or lunchbox add-in.
