Egg & Bacon Cups

Makes: 6 cups • Prep Time: 5 Mins • Cook Time: 15-20 Minutes
I N G R E D I E N T S
6 rashers of bacon
6 eggs
½ cup grated cheese
chopped chives (for garnish)
D I R E C T I O N S
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a 6-hole muffin tin.
Press a rasher of bacon into the base and sides of each muffin hole to form a cup.
Bake for 10 minutes, or until bacon is lightly golden.
Remove from oven and carefully crack an egg into each bacon cup.
Return to oven and bake for 5 minutes, or until eggs are cooked to your liking.
Sprinkle each with grated cheese and bake for 1–2 minutes, until melted.
Remove from the tin and garnish with fresh chives before serving.
N o t e :
Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
To reheat, simply pop in the air fryer or microwave for 30–45 seconds until warmed through.
Perfect for busy mornings, meal prep breakfasts, or lunchbox add-in.
