Healthy Nutella Bliss Balls

Makes: 12–15 balls • Prep Time: 10 Minutes
I N G R E D I E N T S
For the doug
1 cup hazelnuts
1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp flaxseeds
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2–3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional:
Extra crushed hazelnuts (for rolling)
Drizzle of dark chocolate
D I R E C T I O N S
Add hazelnuts to a food processor and blend until a fine crumb forms.
Add oats, chia seeds and flaxseeds. Pulse a few times to break everything down slightly.
Add dates, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla and salt.
Blend until the mixture comes together into a sticky dough.
(If it feels too dry, add 1–2 tsp water or a little extra maple syrup.)
Roll into small balls using your hands.
Optional: roll in crushed hazelnuts or drizzle with melted chocolate.
Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.
