Healthy Nutella Bliss Balls

Makes: 12–15 balls Prep Time: 10 Minutes


I N G R E D I E N T S

For the doug

  • 1 cup hazelnuts

  • 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 2–3 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


    Optional:

    • Extra crushed hazelnuts (for rolling)

    • Drizzle of dark chocolate



D I R E C T I O N S


  1. Add hazelnuts to a food processor and blend until a fine crumb forms.

  2. Add oats, chia seeds and flaxseeds. Pulse a few times to break everything down slightly.

  3. Add dates, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla and salt.

  4. Blend until the mixture comes together into a sticky dough.


    (If it feels too dry, add 1–2 tsp water or a little extra maple syrup.)

  5. Roll into small balls using your hands.

  6. Optional: roll in crushed hazelnuts or drizzle with melted chocolate.

  7. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.
