Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Add pork mince, carrot, zucchini, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to a large bowl.
Mix until everything is well combined.
Cut each sheet of puff pastry in half and divide the sausage mixture evenly along the centre of each piece.
Roll the pastry tightly around the filling, placing the seam underneath.
Cut each roll into your desired size and place onto the lined baking tray.
Brush the tops with beaten egg or milk and sprinkle generously with sesame seeds.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed and golden and the filling is cooked through.

I love making a big batch and freezing half uncooked! Place the prepared sausage rolls onto a lined tray and freeze until firm, then transfer to a freezer-safe bag or container. Cook straight from frozen when needed, adding a little extra cooking time. 🤎✨
