D I R E C T I O N S
Add the rolled oats, hemp seeds and desiccated coconut to a food processor. Blitz until fairly fine.
Add the pitted dates, frozen mixed berries, almond butter, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
Blitz until everything is well combined and forms a sticky mixture that holds together when pressed.
Check the consistency before adding the maple syrup. If the mixture needs a little extra sweetness or moisture, add the maple syrup and blitz again.
If the mixture is too soft to roll, refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
Using your hands, roll the mixture into approximately 14–16 evenly sized balls.
Roll each bliss ball in extra desiccated coconut until evenly coated.
Place in an airtight container and refrigerate until firm before enjoying.

FOR MEAL PREP: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Allow to thaw in the fridge before enjoying. 🤎🥥✨
TIP: Use the mixed berries straight from the freezer rather than thawing them first. This helps prevent excess moisture from making the mixture too soft. If needed, add a little extra desiccated coconut to help everything hold together.
