Pesto Twists

Makes: 30-40 • Prep Time: 10 Min • Bake Time: 10 Min
I N G R E D I E N T S
1½ cups plain flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
¼ tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
¼ cup maple syrup
2 tbsp melted coconut oil or softened butter
2 tbsp milk of choice
1 tsp vanilla extract
D I R E C T I O N S
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blitz until a dough forms. If dry, add a splash more milk.
Roll dough between two sheets of baking paper until about ½ cm thick.
Use a mini cookie cutter to cut out shapes.
Place on a lined baking tray and bake at 160°C for 8–10 minutes.
Let cool completely, they crisp up as they cool!

Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
