Snickers Bliss Balls

Makes: About 12 balls Prep Time: 10 Min No Bake


I N G R E D I E N T S


  • 7–8 Medjool dates, pitted & soaked in warm water

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed (extra fibre + omega-3s)

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds (optional for extra nutrition)

  • 1 tbsp cacao powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

  • Tiny pinch salt

  • 1–2 tbsp milk (dairy or non-dairy, only if mixture needs help coming together)


D I R E C T I O N S


  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor.

  2. Blend until the mixture comes together and is slightly sticky. If too dry, add a splash of milk.

  3. Scoop out tablespoons of mixture and roll into balls.

  4. Chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes to firm up.



N o t e :

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 2 months.

A delicious snack for kids and adults, like a healthier Snickers in bite-sized form
