
Snickers Bliss Balls

Makes: About 12 balls • Prep Time: 10 Min • No Bake
I N G R E D I E N T S
7–8 Medjool dates, pitted & soaked in warm water
1 cup rolled oats
2 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 tbsp ground flaxseed (extra fibre + omega-3s)
1 tbsp hemp seeds (optional for extra nutrition)
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Tiny pinch salt
1–2 tbsp milk (dairy or non-dairy, only if mixture needs help coming together)
D I R E C T I O N S
Add all ingredients to a food processor.
Blend until the mixture comes together and is slightly sticky. If too dry, add a splash of milk.
Scoop out tablespoons of mixture and roll into balls.
Chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
N o t e :
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 2 months.
