Tiny Teddy-Style Chocolate Bikkies

Makes: 30-40 Prep Time: 10 Min Bake Time: 10 Min


I N G R E D I E N T S


  • 1½ cups plain flour

  • ¼ cup cocoa powder

  • ¼ tsp baking powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • ¼ cup maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil or softened butter

  • 2 tbsp milk of choice

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


D I R E C T I O N S


  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blitz until a dough forms. If dry, add a splash more milk.

  2. Roll dough between two sheets of baking paper until about ½ cm thick.

  3. Use a mini cookie cutter to cut out shapes.

  4. Place on a lined baking tray and bake at 160°C for 8–10 minutes.

  5. Let cool completely, they crisp up as they cool!

Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

I make this recipe for my son and I all the time. I have moved from Sydney to London and this recipe makes me really happy, since it taste a lot like tiny teddies and I can’t get any Arnotts products besides Tim Tams here. Thank you so much, Abbey!
